The Friends of the Keller Library recently presented the Keller Public Library with $2400.00 in proceeds from their March 5th Grand Re-opening Gala. These funds are being used to purchase additional signage, computer headphones, Wii games for Library programs, small furniture, and supplies for storytime. Signage will be installed in August spotlighting the exit to the Library Patio and the location of the Printer and Computer Reservation station. Headphones have already been placed at each of the 50 public computer stations for teens, adults, and children. Look for dates soon when teens can come play Wii together in one of our multimedia meeting rooms. All these extras would not be possible without the fundraising efforts of the Friends of the Keller Library.
