Preschooler's Door To Learning

Photo of girl reading bookOne of the Keller Public Library's primary roles is to be a "Preschooler's Door To Learning."  To acheive this goal, we provide our young patrons reading materials such as Newbery and Caldecott award books, easy readers, fiction and non-fiction picture books; items from school booklists and other materials such as audiobooks, CD's, and kits.

Programming is another important aspect of the Keller Library's service to young patrons. We provide Preschool, Toddler and Baby Storytimes, School-age programs, Stories Under the Stars, Harvest Stew, Summer Reading Club, and other special events.

Programs and Events for Teens

Keller Public Library also has plenty for teenagers.  We have large Young Adult fiction and nonfiction sections as well as many popular magazines and music CD's.  We run programs such as Crafty Kidz which interest many young adult patrons.
