	The Parks at Town Center 1100 Bear Creek Parkway Acres: 102 • Amenities:  1.1 miles of hike and bike trail, 2 lakes, a playground, nature trail with benches and interpretive signs, observation areas, wildflower meadows, picnic tables, restroom facility, butterfly garden, parking lots, and access to Keller Smithfield Activity Node. 	Bursey Ranch Park 421 Alta Ridge Drive Acres: 1.34 • Amenities:  Playground, half court basketball court, .2-mile hike and bike trail, and 8 picnic tables
	Chase Oaks Activity Node 1609 Chase Oaks Drive Acres: 5 • Amenities:  Playground with shade structure, 2 picnic tables with grills, an arbor, 1-mile hike and bike trail, a half court basketball court with one goal, multi-use practice area, sand box, drinking fountain. 	Overton Ridge Park 821 Weybridge Lane Download the Park Rules and Regulations (PDF) Acres: 19.4 (8 developed and 11.4 undeveloped) • Amenities:  Playground, pavilion with 2 picnic tables, .4-mile total hike and bike trail, drinking fountain, basketball court, 2 picnic tables and nature areas (no mow zones). In September 2008, the City purchased 11.4 acres of land adjacent to the park to develop as a future community park.  The additional parkland will be master planned at an undetermined future date. Linear Parks
	Big Bear Creek Greenbelt Bear Creek Park  Download the Park Rules and Regulations (PDF) Acres: 36.2 • Description: The Big Bear Greenbelt Trail bisects the City along the Big Bear Creek corridor and winds through parks and natural settings.  The constructed trail is approximately 5.4 miles long from the west end of the trail at the Keller Sports Park, on Chisholm Trail, eastward to Bear Creek Parkway at Lakeridge Drive.  Download the Trail Mileage Marker Chart from Keller Sports Park to Keller Smithfield Road (PDF)
	Cherry Grove (undeveloped) Park site location - east side of Keller Smithfield Road at Shady Grove Road Acres: 6

	Willis Cove Nature Area 400 Rapp Road Acres: 4 • Amenities: Post Oak tree grove with hike and bike trail, sitting arbor, and parking lot.
