Applications for new city utility service can be made by calling Utility Billing Customer Service at (817)743-4060, or by coming in to visit the department at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway.
Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
A deposit for new service connection is required. Typically, a residential deposit is $50. A non-residential deposit will depend on the type of service and anticipated water usage.
