The TxDOT FM 1709(Keller Parkway)Median Plan will start from U.S. 377 (Main Street) and end at Pearson Lane. |
| TxDOT’s Roadway Design Manual was used to establish the design criteria for the Median Plan because TxDOT owns and maintains Keller Parkway (FM 1709). The Roadway Design Manual has guidelines and standards for the prioritization of median openings, deceleration length and storage length of the turn bays, and minimum distance between signalized intersections. |
