Officer Carothers became a part of the Keller Team in September, 1998.  He assists Lt. Brenda Slovak with Accredidation and makes sure the department is abiding by the policies and procedures that are set forth to continue to make Keller an accrediated agency.   Officer Carothers is also a Field Training Officer which trains all new officers that join the Keller Police Department and maintains the department's fleet.
