Move, Breathe, Connect: Yoga

Explore 3 of the 8 limbs of yoga - asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), and meditation (stillness). Learn the benefits of breathing and meditation, such as a calm mental state, increases in blood flow, reducing feelings of depression, anxiety, anger and improved memory. Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel or yoga blanket for propping up your hips for meditation, and a notebook and pen for notes.
