Economic Development series helps business owners grow
Local business owners will have the opportunity to learn about financing, advertising, social media and more this year through a brand new educational series hosted by the Keller Economic Development Department. The free monthly Keller Business Growth Series will run through September, and is designed to give owners and managers the best and most up-to-date information about growing their business.
“These courses will provide valuable information for any business of any size, whether you are exploring advertising and social media, need help navigating all of the financing options for a small business, or simply want to know more about customer service best practices,” said Trina Zais, director of public services and economic development.
The series is scheduled for 9 a.m. the second Thursday of each month at the Keller Public Library, 640 Johnson Road, and kicks off on Jan. 11 with a 2018 Economic Forecast provided by The Retail Coach.
Registration is not required, however seating will be limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are recommended to arrive early to secure a seat, but standing room will be available. Breakfast will also be provided.
