Post Date:03/07/2018

Keller Police Department will be accepting unused or expired prescription or over-the-counter drugs for safe disposal as part of the DEA's National Drug Takeback Day. Please note that needles will not be accepted at this event.

This event is free and open to everyone! Just drop your medications with officers or volunteers in the parking lot of the Keller Police Department (330 Rufe Snow Drive) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 28. Please note that intravenous drugs, injectables and needles will not be accepted at this event.

Can't make it? You're in luck! In addition to participation in the DEA's national events, the Keller Police Department offers 24/7 drop-off of expired and unused medications. You'll find the red-and-white CVS-sponsored drop box for these products in the 24-hour lobby of the Keller Police station on Rufe Snow Drive.
