There are FOUR public hearings scheduled for the Monday, January 14 meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission:
 
601 S Main St SUP: Consider a recommendation of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for ‘medical offices’ to be located in a 38,975 square-foot multi-tenant building, located on a 3.595-acre tract of land, located at 601 South Main Street (U.S. HWY 377). (Download Map)
 

Rapidcare SUP: Consider a recommendation of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for RapidCare, a proposed ‘Minor medical emergency clinic’ to occupy a 3,278 square-foot lease space within a 38,975 square-foot multi-tenant building, at 601 South Main Street (U.S. HWY 377), suite 110. (Download Map)

 

Trinity Prep SUP: Consider a recommendation of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow the use of a Private School, located in multiple buildings totaling approximately 10,630 square feet, consisting of approximately 0.912-acres of property, located at 133 and 129 Pecan Street. (Download Map)

 

That Dang Spa SUP: Consider a recommendation of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for That Dang Spa, a proposed ‘spa’ use to include facial, nail, eyelash, and hair services, to occupy a 1,100 square-foot lease space within a 19,120 square-foot retail building, located at 1540 Keller Parkway (FM1709), Suite 102 (Download Map)

 

Public hearings are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2019 in the Council Chambers of Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy. The meeting's complete agenda will be posted online Friday, January 11, 2019 HERE.
