There are two public hearings scheduled for the Tuesday, October 14, 2025 meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission:

 

8849 Davis Blvd. SUP: Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Stay Social by Stay N’ Play, to operate an indoor entertainment facility in an existing lease space, on approximately 1.23 acres, located on the west side of Davis Boulevard, approximately 300 feet west from the intersection of Davis Boulevard and Bear Creek Parkway, legally described as Block A, Lot 4, of the Hidden Lakes Center subdivision, zoned Commercial (C) and addressed 8849 Davis Boulevard. 129 Frank Lane SUP: Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for an approximately 1,500 square-foot accessory structure, on approximately 3.38 acres, located on the north side of Frank Lane, approximately 1,017 feet northeast from the intersection of Frank Lane and Whitley Road, legally described as Lot 1, Block A of the CS Sanctuary Addition, zoned Single-Family 36,000 square-foot lot size or greater (SF-36) and addressed 129 Frank Lane. The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in the Council Chambers of Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy. The meeting's complete agenda will be posted Thursday, October 2, 2025, HERE.
