As we look ahead toward Memorial Day weekend, please keep in mind that Keller Town Hall, the Keller Public Library and the Keller Senior Activities Center will be closed on Monday, May 25. The Keller Pointe will be open with special hours, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and garbage and recycling pickup will run as usual.

 

Those interested in marking the holiday are invited to join the Mt. Gilead Cemetery Association, Golden Triangle Rotary Club and Keller Rotary Club for their 16th Annual Memorial Day Celebration. Music begins at 10:30 a.m. and the program at 11 a.m. on Monday at Mt. Gilead Cemetery, 1351 Bancroft Road. The event includes a U.S. flag retirement ceremony, brief speeches, a tour of the cemetery, and free hot dogs and drinks.
