Julie answers all incoming phone calls that come into the department administration phone lines that need to talk to an operator.  She is also responsible for processing open record requests, jail packets, accident reports, alarm permits, animal registrations, solicitor permits, and fingerprints.  Julie joined the police department in September, 2000.
