Engineering activities are underway for improvements along Mt. Gilead Road from Main Street (Hwy. 377) to Bourland Road/Marshall Ridge Parkway.

The project will encompass the entire above-referenced section, including the intersection at Bourland. It will involve a 3-lane adjustment to the roadway between Main Street and Oak Drive, transitioning to the existing 2-lane width through to the intersection at Bourland/Mt. Gilead Road, concluding with a roundabout. Additional activities will include the installation of a sidewalk, drainage and water system improvements.

Several communications have gone out to this point, including letters, signs, and public meetings with residents and the City Council.

Current Status

Join us at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9 at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy., to learn about the latest plans for road adjustments, pedestrian amenities and upgrades to the Mt. Gilead/Bourland intersection.

Can’t make it in person? The presentation will be broadcast live, recorded and archived on the city website and YouTube channel.
