* ATTENTION *

For all properties, an approved Final Plat is required to be filed

prior to issuance of a Building Permit.

This includes any permit for tracts that conform with dimensions shown in the Tarrant Appraisal District records but that have not been formally platted.

If you are a contractor applying or acting on behalf of a resident or business owner, you will need to include an or Owner Affidavit with your plan application.

All plans and permits are reviewed in the order that they are received. Staff review will not begin until an application is complete, including payment of application fees. The fee schedule can be found here.
