Keller Open Rewards Program

Open Rewards is a city-wide rewards program to benefit consumers when you shop at local restaurants and retail stores in Keller. It’s a win-win: you get rewarded for shopping where you live, and our independent businesses get more customers and stronger support.

Step 1 - Sign Up

Download the Open Rewards app for free and create an account. Click the corresponding icon below to access your app store.

Step 2- Earn Rewards

Automatically earn 10% back on purchases at participating local businesses.

Find participating businesses in the "Claim Rewards" tab.
If you’ve linked your credit card to Open Rewards, rewards won’t process automatically — you’ll still need to log into the app and select the qualifying charge in order to receive your cash back. Otherwise, upload a photo of the receipt and enter the transaction amount. Once verified, rewards will be in your "Rewards Balance."

Step 3 - Redeem Rewards

Cash out your rewards and spend the funds any way you like. If you use them in Keller, you support the shops, restaurants, and neighbors that make our town special.

To redeem your rewards, make a purchase in full at any participating business.
Within 7 days of this purchase, click "Redeem Rewards" on your home screen and find the business that you visited.
Enter the amount of rewards you would like to redeem towards this purchase and take a photo of the receipt. Once validated, you will receive your redemption via your selected payout method (Venmo, PayPal, or Check).

Are any purchases not eligible to earn or redeem rewards?

The following purchases are not eligible to earn or redeem rewards:

Purchases made before the program launch or after the program ending in the community that you are submitting requests to.
Purchases where the business is only acting as a point of sale, eg. lottery tickets.
Money services such as bill payments, cashier's check, check cashing, ATM withdrawals, ATM fees, cashback, etc.
Loading a stored value card such as gift cards, pre-paid cards, etc.

What are the requirements for receipt submissions?

Receipt submissions shall meet the following requirements:

Includes identifiable information about the business (business name and address).
Includes the date of the purchase.
Includes the amount of the purchase (handwritten amounts are not accepted) and payment method.
Must be legible and show the complete receipt image (not folded, cropped, or otherwise obscured).

Bludot Open Rewards reserves the right to request additional information from you to validate your purchase as part of our fraud prevention efforts.

I went to a listed business and they said they don't know about this program.

I accidentally submitted the receipt to the wrong business.

My request shows "pending." How long do requests take?
