Purpose:
Provide recommendations to City Council regarding the development and administration of impact fees. Duties and responsibilities includes:
- Advise and assist the City Council in adopting land use assumptions;
- Review the capital improvement plan and file written comments;
- Monitor and evaluate implementation of the capital improvements plan;
- File semi-annual reports with respect to the progress of the capital improvements plan;
- Report to the City Council any perceived inequities in implementing the plan or imposing the impact fee;
- Advise the City Council on the need to update or revise the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan and impact fee.
Meetings:
Capital Improvement Advisory Committee meetings are held at the call of the chairperson and at such times as the committee may determine. The meetings are at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway. The public is welcome to attend the meetings.

Members:
There are seven members on the committee, which are to be members of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Members are residents and qualified voters of the City of Keller and are appointed by a majority vote by City Council.

Agendas are posted at Keller Town Hall at least 72 hours prior to the meeting, as required by state law. Agendas are also posted on this website as a convenience to the public.
