Planning a New Downtown

Town Hall Behind

Keller Town Center (KTC) serves as the civic, economic, entertainment and recreational hub for the City of Keller, as well as a great place to live.  KTC is approximately 204 acres located in the heart of Keller; bounded by Keller Parkway (F.M. 1709), Rufe Snow Drive, Keller-Smithfield Road and the Bear Creek Trail System.  The neighborhood transitions seamlessly from 40 acres of commercial and mixed-use developments-including a major grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy, Movie theater, restaurants and specialty retail- to single-family homes and townhomes, to 110 acres of public spaces, including Keller Town Hall, The Keller Pointe Recreation Center, KISD Natatorium and 85 acres of public parkland.  Connecting residences, commercial, and public lands across creeks and floodplains are over three miles of hike and bike trails.
