Future Land Use Plan

The Future Land Use Plan serves as a guide for the City of Keller to help address issues such as physical factors and man-made constraints that influence development, demographic makeup of the city, existing land use patterns, and future growth and development opportunities. The Keller City Council adopted the existing Future Land Use Plan on Aug. 31, 1998.

That seven-member group made a unanimous recommendation to the Keller City Council in September 2013 that the plan should be reviewed and updated in its entirety.
