The Community Development Department produces a monthly summary of development projects that are currently under review by city staff, waiting for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or the Keller City Council, or is under construction. Beginning in July 2008, these reports incorporated all types of development summaries, including: Certificates of Occupancy permits issued, permit fees collected, single family and commercial permits issued, inventory counts of available residential lots and Code Enforcement inspections/violations. These reports are presented in fiscal year format. Beginning in 2012, the reports will be posted quarterly.
