Chapter 395 requires any city imposing an impact fee to update the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan at least every five years. The City of Keller's land use assumptions, roadway capital improvement plan, and impact fees were last updated in December of 2009. The purpose of the Impact Fee Update is to revise the allowable impact fees that may be assessed for new development. The actual impact fees will be less than the allowable impact fee, and may be more or less than the current impact fee rate structure. More>>>
