If you want a copy of the check and/or the detail, copy costs (.10/page) and labor costs ($15/hour) may be incurred. Summary payroll information is also provided for the City of Keller's payroll and related benefit costs. Payroll information includes wages, salaries and overtime. Benefit costs include health insurance, retirement, Social Security and worker compensation.

Summary payroll information is provided by fund on a monthly basis, beginning with fiscal year 2011-12. The funds are as follows:
General Fund – the general fund is the primary operating fund of the city, and is used to account for operations that are not specifically reported in another fund. Typical governmental functions, such as police, fire, library, streets, parks and recreation, and administration are reported in the General Fund.
Keller Development Corporation – accounts for the proceeds of the one-half cent local sales tax dedicated for park improvements. Effective October 1, 2013, KDC employees were transferred to the General Fund.
Juvenile Case Manager – accounts for the operations of the juvenile case manager, who provides services in cases before the Municipal Court dealing with juvenile offenders. Effective October 1, 2012, as a result of the merger of the Keller and Colleyville court, the Juvenile Case Manager is paid by the City of Colleyville.
Information Services – accounts for the operations of a citywide information systems and technology program.
The Keller Pointe – accounts for the operations of The Keller Pointe Recreation and Aquatic Center.
Water & Wastewater Operations – accounts for the operations of the city’s water and wastewater activities, which are financed through user charges and fees for water and wastewater services.
Drainage Utility Fund – accounts for the operations of the city’s drainage utility, which is financed through drainage charges.
Fiscal Year 2016-2017 - Check Registers & Payroll Information
The Texas Public Funds Investment Act Provides guidance for investment activities for Texas governments. Management of the City's investments is governed by an Investment Policy, adopted by the City Council each year. The most recent Policy was adopted on October 15, 2013. The investment Policy requires a quarterly investment report be provided to the City Council.
