The Fire Prevention Division is responsible for fire investigations, fire code enforcement, plan reviews, fire inspections, and public education programs. The Fire Prevention Division works with the city's Development Review Committee on all plans for fire code compliance and works with builders during construction and business owners for the life of the building to maintain code compliance.
