The Fire Prevention Division/Fire Marshal's Office is responsible for the review of fire-related issues in development, construction and occupancy. Permits are required in accordance with Section 105 of the 2024 International Fire Code, as amended and adopted.
SafeBuilt is the third-party company responsible for all fire plan reviews and inspections.
