Q.  I submitted an application through the new website.  Do I need to fax, email, or mail my resume?

A. We're glad to know you are excited about the possibility of working here! With the launch of our new online employment site, the Human Resources office will no longer be accepting paper applications or resumes. If you haven't done so, you can sign in with your username and password and upload a resume to your profile. An additional paper copy is not needed.

Q.  How do I check the status of my application?

A. The Human Resources staff will be updating each profile for our available openings as quickly as we can. You can sign in with your username and password at any time to check the status of your profile for the openings you have applied for.

Q.  What if I don't see an opening that I am interested in?

A. If you haven't already, please register for KellerConnect. KellerConnect is an exciting feature that allows people to enter their email address and select what job areas they are interested in. If and when a position is posted in that area, registrants will be sent an email notifying them of the posting. You can either create a profile in the employment website at that time, or sign in with your username and password to access your profile and submit it for consideration. Q.  What if I forgot my password to my online profile?

A. At the bottom of the new website, you will see a link for those who forgot their password.  Click on this link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Q.  When will I hear something about my application?

A. The Human Resources staff endeavors to work through the candidates as quickly as possible. Depending on the position, it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for a decision to be made. We thank you in advance for your patience during our recruitment process. You can always log in with your username and password to the check the status of your profile.
