About the program: 

In 2008 the Keller Public Arts Board began using Town Hall as a rotating gallery as an inexpensive method for bringing art to the community. Originally on a monthly rotation, the program now operates on a generally bi-monthly schedule with receptions held on the third Thursday of the first month of each show. Artists are selected by invitation only by the Keller Public Arts Board Chairperson. Most shows have a theme and can feature a variety of media and anywhere from one to dozens of artists in one exhibition.
