Capital Improvements Program

Each year, the Keller City Council approves a Five-Year Capital Improvements Plan. This visioning document assists city staff and elected leaders in establishing goals and planning ahead.

Please note: Capital Improvement projects are formally approved on an annual basis during the budget process; later years' project lists may change based on citizen feedback, city priorities, available funding, etc.

How can I get city sewer lines located?
Call 817-743-4080. The city will locate water and sewer lines that are maintained by the city and within city right-of-way and/or easements. 
 
Is the City of Keller part of the DIG TESS one call system?
No. To locate underground utilities other than city water and sewer lines, call 1(800)DIG-TESS a minimum of 48 hours prior to digging.

Is there a charge for calling the city to investigate sewer problems?
No, this is part of the Public Works Utility Division’s daily operations.

How do you find out if water and sewer service is available to a property?
Contact Public Works at 817-743-4080.

I need to get a water/sewer tap made.

How do I report a wastewater backup after normal working hours?
A: Call 817-743-4200 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - if you have a water leak or sewer flow problems in your home.
