Applications for new city utility service can be made by calling Utility Billing Customer Service at 817-743-4060, or by coming in to visit the department at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway.

A deposit for new service connection is required. Typically, a residential deposit is $80. A non-residential deposit will depend on the type of service and anticipated water usage. A $15 activation fee will be charged for each new account.

NEW HOURS

In an effort to expand service opportunities for our customers and improve work/life balance for our staff, the City of Keller launched new operating hours at Keller Town Hall in 2022. Those new hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, closed Fridays.

In light of our adjusted schedule, please note that new service connection requests received by 3 p.m. on Thursdays will receive same-day service. New service connection requests received on Fridays will be handled on a case-by-case basis; please email customer-service@cityofkeller.com and a member of staff will be in touch.
