Online Bill Pay is Easy and Free!
In our ongoing efforts to serve you better, the City of Keller has upgraded our Online City Utility Payment System. The upgraded system offers new features to customers, including:
- Schedule automatic monthly payments
- Update and add information to account, such as the mailing address or telephone number
- View the payment history
- View the consumption history
- View the last bill
- Set up payments by bank drafting
- Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant

You may pay your monthly city utility bill online by Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards (the system does NOT accept American Express or Discover Card). Click on the Pay Online Here! icon located at the bottom to access the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Credit Card payments are limited to two transactions per month, per account.
Customers log in to the City Utility Pay Online System by entering their account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number), which is printed on each city utility bill. The PIN is an 8-digit number printed just below the billing address.
Please Note: Although payments are reflected on the system almost immediately, transactions will not post to your utility account until funds are transferred from the credit card company or financial institution. Please allow two business days for online payments to apply to your account and add extra time for days near a city holiday.
